Assembling

HOKAMI assembles the boards of printed circuits that are supplied by our customers as well as the boards coming from our own production. The PCBs are assembled one or two side by side by the SMD components as well as THT ones. The SMD components are assembled on PHILIPS TOPAZ Xi machines.

The production capacity of this machines are about 10 millions components per month.

Hokami has increased its production capacity and since December 2010 we assembly with the machine Assembléon MG-1R, which combines wide scale of capabilities of precise assembling of chips and ICs.The MG-1R manages to assemble many different types of components, what it makes all-round  Pick&Place machine that is available on the market.

Since November 2011 we have 4 complete SMD lines in our hall. Two of them are completely new.  We have moved them in the hole at the beginning of November and they are completely in proces from 7.11.2011.

There are two new furnaces Heller 1707 Mark III. Together with new automatic loaders for the PCBs – Loader Samsung LD-100LE and automatic unloader Unloader Samsung UL-100LE. Buying these machines we have replaced two semiautomatic lines for SMD assembling by full automatic ones.

All lines have fully controled soldering proces for lead or lead free paste. The new machines are able to work the PCB with measures 430x330mm.
